Content Curator

We have a new opportunity for a Content Curator (Full or Part-time) to join our team based in Leeds city centre. 

Job Role Responsibilities

  • Working with the Social Media Manager and Creative Director to ensure a supply of high-quality, engaging content and copy that is able to maintain the publishing schedule of the weekly journal, website and all other social platforms for the agency and clients. 

  • Write persuasive and engaging copy for fall clients, including product descriptions, journal interviews, social media captions, website copy, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.

  • Review and edit content for grammar, punctuation, spelling, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

  • Responding quickly to requests for relevant content in response to topical news stories, and helping identify such opportunities in liaison with the Social Media Manager. 

  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging and tone across various channels and platforms.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and social media, to develop cohesive campaigns and initiatives.

  • Attend weekly agency WIP meetings updating on client work in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communication or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a  copywriter or editor.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), editing tools, and style guides.

  • Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices for optimising content.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop fresh and innovative content.

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Junior Graphic Designer

We have a new opportunity for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team based in Leeds city centre initially on a placement. 

Job Role Responsibilities

  • Attend weekly agency WIP meetings updating on client work in a timely manner.

  • Create visually compelling designs for a wide range of marketing materials including brochures, posters, social media graphics, and other marketing materials.

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to understand design requirements and create designs that align with every client brief, brand and messaging.

  • Keep up to date with current design trends and technologies.

  • Work within tight deadlines to deliver high-quality designs on time.

  • Contribute to the development of a visual identity for Tomoro agency and all clients. 

  • Work with and support the Creative Director on the production of all brand guidelines and tool-kits. 

Requirements

  • Strong graphic design skills.

  • Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Pitch and Promo.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.

  • A passion for social impact and a desire to make a difference in the world.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
