Challenge:

A start-up boiler business approached us to conceive and launch a new brand in order to drive ambitious sales targets and gain trust. So BOXT was born with a mission to disrupt the market. However, they had no trading history, so no trust. Had no positioning, and a very limited budget too. Their price point seemed too good to be true – so where’s the catch? They were a pure digital business, an industry disruptor and this had not been done before! So what next?

In a nutshell this was ‘The new way to buy a boiler - hassel free’! So we created Brain Boxt, a brand ambassador for BOXT and everything that they stood for - simple - yet clever. He explained to customers just how easy it is to replace a boiler due to their ground breaking website. We also created ‘BOXT CLEVER.’ as the proposition whilst explaining as simply as we could the many USP’s that we had to offer. It was the single mindedness of all this that caused the real disruption in this complex market.

Outcome:

- Set up and managed all digital marketing activity across Paid, Owned and Earned channels managing spend of upto £300k per month.

- 100+ sales per week.

- No.1 on organic search for all targeted terms.

- No.1 Online boiler retailer in the UK.
